"Desktop" Aircraft Appraisals & Asset Valuations
7 Levels of Service
Limited Aircraft Appraisals are more commonly known as “Desktop Appraisals”. As the name implies, this type of appraisal is limited by certain assumptions. All Transport Category Aircraft Appraisals are performed by our in house ISTAT Certified Aircraft Appraiser.
INTENDED USE OF REPORTS
The accuracy of the Desktop Appraisals are dependent on the impartial eye and technical abilities of the person completing the aircraft datasheet, when applicable. A “Desktop Appraisal” may or may not meet the collateral documentation & asset verification requirements of your lender as an unbiased third party has not inspected the aircraft.
For asset based financing above $1,000,000 we recommend our Full Certified Appraisal.
SUMMARY OF CV "DESKTOP" SERVICES:

An extended desktop appraisal would normally provide a value that includes adjustments from the mid-time, mid-life baseline to account for the actual maintenance status of the aircraft.
The appraisal includes the following:
1. Unbiased Certified Appraisal based on client submitted data of actual conditions & times of a specific aircraft. Client must complete CV Aircraft Datasheet
