levels of aircraft and engine portfolio management services for lenders and lessors are Fleet Management and Lease Servicer
Fleet Management
Fleet management programs are custom developed for specific aircraft type, aircraft locations and other specific requirements of the client,
but generally include all advisory and management services with the exception of aircraft placement, brokerage or sales services.
With a sizable aircraft inspection technical staff, we have the resources and capabilities to provide reliable and prompt inspection services globally.
All field audits, inspections and other technical services are completely managed under strict quality control procedures.
Multiple personnel review all field reports on a line item basis prior to submission to the client. Lessee compliance with the terms of
the lease are closely monitored. The Continuing Airworthiness Management status of all aircraft in the fleet are monitored in real time and periodic physical inspections and
audits cost are included in the management plan.
Valuation services are performed by our in house ISTAT certified aircraft appraiser.
Clients who would like to keep using their current technical inspector, but prefer to work with a professional technical company, may pass the
subcontractor responsibilities to CV. We will reach a service agreement with your current trusted inspector.
All technical services will then fall under our project and personnel management and technical quality control system.
Lease Servicer
Lease Servicer management programs are also custom developed for specific aircraft type, aircraft locations and other specific requirements of the
client and include all advisory, technical, management as well as aircraft placement, brokerage and sales services.

Advisory - Receive, evaluate & monitor Lessee submitted “Monthly Status Reports” concerning the location, use, maintenance and operation of the aircraft. All reports uploaded to secure server for client download

For a 10 aircraft fleet, the average fee per aircraft for all services above can be as low as $15,000 per year, over a 3 year agreement.
Flexibility and customization will allow for a total of 40 technical physical inspections/audits, 20 ISTAT certified aircraft appraisals,
3 ISTAT certified portfolio valuations and 372 off site management man days.
Individual lease agreement terms, aircraft incidents and other factors will likely dictate unique
inspection & advisory requirements for each fleet aircraft.
